Well if you are stucked with barrage then use Ebsoh and Brutal weapon. Changing the elite , Incendiary Arrows , Preparation ( Expert Focus/ignite arrows/kindle arrows), Bruta Weapon/Ebsoh + Dual/Triple shot = FI FA FO FUM Boom ! . IAS is bloody great here

Don't forget about the energy management. You can't keep up splinter on your self, spamming barrage, and EBSoH forever. Personally I bring heroes with splitner and that just makes everything so much nicer but anyway. If I'm splintering myself I bring Drunken Master, I Am The Strongest, and Dodge This. Dodge this really helps with the energy management and it's a shout so it doesn't have any activation time. But in the end just bring splinter on one of your heros makes life easier and allows you to bring a conjure if you want or invest more points into expertise and marksmanship.
