That's like summon spirits but way OP.

You could destroy any HM mob within seconds by everyone putting their traps within the entire area of the mob.

Bosses would be way too easy.

Bad idea but traps should have some effect while active just to make sure your team knows where it is .

Put down 1gp in the middle. If some idiot picks it up, he has to stand in the trap as bait until he puts it back

Why were traps made in the first place? If you join a pve group, the last thing they'd want is a ranger with loads of traps, right, and of course pvp is a no brainer? It just seems to me that traps were meant for farming, but as people have already said, most other builds seem a lot quicker these days.

I remember during THK we gave trappers a decent amount of respect a few years ago.
