to get to the forest, you will most likely need to pay for a chest run, and use them as a meatsheild bodyguard, however it is possible to get there without, but damnned hard

once at the forest, the tactics are the same as a ranger farm, keep out of spell range (if this is possible with a spear, if not, kill one shepard, wait for iron mist to run out, then run back, heal and go again

Go For the eyes is used to trip the echo's
Finale of restoration will provide 47 healing every <3 Seconds
Agressive Refrain Provides the IAS (but without the stance)
Barbed Spear is used to degen enemys (but dont bother using it on spiders)
Cruel Spear is used to add DPS and a lovely Deep wound, it can be used vs spiders, but wait for them to be below 40% Hp, then its a finisher
