Question Need help with this paragon build

I need some help with this build, how can I improve it?

Anthem of flame
spear of fury
'Go for the eyes!'
'save yourselves!'
'There's nothing to fear!'
'For great justice!'
Focused anger (E)
agressive refrain

I also really don't know what attributes I need for this build, so can anyone help me with that?

Attributes should be 12 leadership, 10 spear and 8 command. However, you don't need go for the eyes! because your energy management is already amazing with save yourselves! Unless you are using it to buff melee members then it's a different story, but it still takes adrenaline from save yourselves. Also, you don't honestly NEED for great justice, as focused anger is only down for 15seconds and you most likely won't be in a fight when that happens. Instead I would bring signet of aggression to charge save yourselves before a fight starts, and another spear attack just to pump a little more dmg

Personally I take something like Anthem of Disruption over flame, it benefits more than a tiny bit of burning.

As for spear skill, Paragons are horrid damage dealers so I never take any spear skill, concentrating rather on party support, which about all a para is good for.

If I want to deal damage, I take my Derv

Ven, Spear of Fury also contributes adrenaline if foe has a condition. At higher levels of Kurzick or Luxon Faction it is well worth it.

Do you have max Kurzick/Luxon Rank? If so, try this...

Anthem of flame -> Switch for "Find Their Weakness" (large armour ignoring damage and easy deep wound, good for helping triggering/maintaining echos on demand even on characters without attack skills)

spear of fury

'Go for the eyes!' -> /Or any other party-wide 5E or Adrenaline-based Shout or Chant.

'save yourselves!'

'There's nothing to fear!'

'For great justice!' -> Switch for any Utility Skill, bear in mind you need something to keep Soldier's Fury powered for the 8 seconds or so "There's Nothing To Fear" is down, so you'll probably still want some kind of Chant or Shout here (or Enduring Harmony to keep TntF on yourself almost completely round the clock), but it doesn't have to be FGJ.

Focused anger (E) -> Switch for Soldier's Fury (E) (max IaS + Increased Adrenaline gain all in one)

Agressive refrain -> Switch for Any Utility Skill, same as above, Fallback is a great option however for speeding around maps (and maintaining other Echos in your team between fights and triggering them on demand while in fights).

At max Kurzick rank, with this you'll still be able to maintain Save Yourselves round the clock (assuming no blockage or anything of the sort, and a Spear of Fury + "Find Their Weakness" can remedy this mid-battle and instantly recharge SY anyway). Open fights with Soldiers Fury -> [Shout to Power Soldier's Fury] -> Find Their Weakness -> Spear of Fury. You'll instantly charge Save Yourselves, and take a regular hard mode enemy down to about 50% HP in one spike with this upon opening the combat.

Functions similiar to what you have already, but attacks faster (for more damage) and is more flexible when it comes to support options.

Attribs after runes should be something like:
Leadership = 12+
Spear Mastery = 9 - 11
Command = 9+ (Depends on your utility skills really, try and reach skill breakpoints for your utility skills though over increasing Spear Mastery, as you'll still be getting extra damage indirectly from "Find Their Weakness" and "Go For The Eyes" by increasing your Command stat anyway).

Not a lot left to add after the above posts. I'd just like to say that I find "Go for the eyes" useful for a sort of spike with H/h, if everybody lets off a critical at about the same time on the same target (assuming you're calling targets).
