There is another viable option for a necromancer if playing in a PUG with 2 or more physicals:

Cultists fevor+Order of Pain+SmiteContion+SmiteHex+Strenght of Honor

Ignores all the effects of bad 100b's/WotA's cant press T-Space...

When H/Hing, yes. Although FD is the norm for me with the Rit heroes and a MM.

It's weaker and more boring. However I recommend OotV over CF+OoP and you need Blood Bond. Much easier to run if you're team is bad though, but you don't weaken the enemy at all. You do however help your backline deal with pressure through Blood Bond and lifesteal from OoV.

SS, Reckless Haste, Enfeebling Blood, Barbs, Mark of Pain, filler, filler, filler
Could potentially bring Shadow of Fear (bit odd with RH, not sure how it stacks in HM), Necrosis, SoLS, AoS, YMLAD, FH, BuH or even Pain Inverter (but seriously, don't).
And taking Arcane Echo is laughable. If you do, use it on Mark of Pain.

At this point, i belive everyone understands that MoP is Stronger in dmg comparing to a OoP or OoV bar. I only sugested Cultist Fervor+OoP in order to make it easier and rentable for the PUGS.

Also OoV dont work with SoH. Plus OoP+SoH =( 13 armor ignoring dmg + 25 armor ignoring dmg, assuming minor runes are being used ) > 13 (life steal dmg)= OoV

But yeah...
If u play with known persons AP/MoP can deal more dmg then anything with this meta (non avoidable dmg since u can spike wit it in miliseconds. Also Esurge could be another viable option, but i'll exclude that since we not talking about mesmers in this topic).

If u play with PUGS...well...yeah... i gave my opinion before about this.

Cheers

IatS stacks with OotV.
I wouldn't expect nor would I really bother asking bad pug physicals to bring BuH or AScan though.

The only buffs that don't stack with OoV are OoP, global multipliers (AScan, BuH, VoStrength), and skills that collaterally convert your damage type to non-physical (AoHM, AoGrenth, bunch o' dervish shit skills).

OoP doesn't work because of the express nerf that make OoV not work with any other necro enchants. The multipliers don't work because the life steal is not damage. The type converters don't work because OoV expressly requires physical damage to trigger.
