i am using GW attribute calc v3.2 i am not sure how up to date it is but i think it will still work ok.

Conjure Phantasm (Hex)
For 10 seconds, target foe experiences health degeneration of 5.
Casting cost: 10 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 5 sec
Relevant attribute: Illusion Magic

Crippling Anguish (elite) (Hex)
For 16 seconds, target moves 50% slower and suffers health degeneration of 2. This is an elite skill.
Casting cost: 15 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 20 sec
Relevant attribute: Illusion Magic

Imagined Burden (Hex)
For 16 seconds, target foe moves 50% slower than normal.
Casting cost: 15 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 30 sec
Relevant attribute: Illusion Magic

Energy Tap (Spell)
Steal 13 energy from target foe.
Casting cost: 5 energy
Casting time: 3 sec
Recharge time: 20 sec
Relevant attribute: Inspiration Magic

Mantra of Persistence (Stance)
For 74 seconds, any illusion magic hex you cast lasts 79% longer.
Casting cost: 15 energy
Casting time: 0 sec
Recharge time: 20 sec
Relevant attribute: Inspiration Magic

Power Drain (Spell)
If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and you gain 23 energy.
Casting cost: 5 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 25 sec
Relevant attribute: Inspiration Magic

Symbol of Wrath (Spell)
For 5 seconds, foes in this location take 22 holy damage each second.
Casting cost: 15 energy
Casting time: 2 sec
Recharge time: 30 sec
Relevant attribute: Smiting Magic

Balthazar's Aura (Enchantment)
For 10 seconds, foes adjacent to target ally take 12 holy damage each second.
Casting cost: 25 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 15 sec
Relevant attribute: Smiting Magic

Power drain and energy tap are for my mana even though i still think i may have some problems.

Balthazar's aura would help if i could cast it on a warrior while they were close up to a few others.

Symbol of wrath will be good for groups sticking together

I am thinking of going mes/monk for other builds and if i were to stay that way i would use something like this.

Mes/nec build

The same as that but substitute monk stuff for

Life Siphon (Hex)
For 20 seconds, target suffers health degeneration of 2 and you gain health regeneration of 2.
Casting cost: 10 energy
Casting time: 2 sec
Recharge time: 2 sec
Relevant attribute: Blood Magic

Vampiric Gaze (Spell)
Steal 46 health from target foe.
Casting cost: 10 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 5 sec
Relevant attribute: Blood Magic

overall i like the mes/nec better for this build but am planning on having a mes/monk. I may change that but for now i will only go mes/nec as a secondary.

Suggestions?

just for the first build - due to mantra of persistence, you will be able to keep crippling anguish on someone indefinitely (ignoring mana costs ofc). Now, due to this i dont really see the point in imagined burden, as it still costs the same energy and most of the time you don't want to slow two separate people down? I would probably take phantom pain to increase the health degeneration, or add another monk skill, (i'm not very well versed in monk skills, apart from nullifying them) .
Just my thoughts on the matter.

makes sense, i have actually decided to go mes/nec rather than mes/monk after looking into what i want to do more. I think i may take burden out though.
