Soothing Images + Weakness is enough to make any warrior or paragon completely useless, so don't bring skills like ineptitude because it'll nullify the effect of this skill.

Uhhhh, maybe Crippling Anguish? That will hurt the wars a lot, but i cant think of any other elite that would hurt wars or paragons. Maybe if you but a lot of points in Dom and medium in FC Illusion and Insp, then you could take Visions of Regret to act as a Backfire to adrenal skills, but that is stretching attributes pretty thin...
