Thumbs up HM mesmer build, need feedbacks

I've been using this build for over a year now (8 of those moths I haven't been playing tho :S) and I've found it quite impressive in any HM area.

[build=OQRDAZwTSCV7BcAaAZAylAAAAA]

optional slots can be
enfeebling blood
assassin's support
necrosis
finish him
you move like a dwarf

notes:
this build is better used with allies using weakness rather than blind.
this build can be used to beat any foe in the norn fighting tournament

attributes:
illusion 12+3+1 (use a max rune because then even your PvE spells will be maxed.)
fast casting 9+1
inspiration 9+1

Feedbacks are appreciated, if you have any idea on how to improve it be my guest.

I suggest replacing Incidious Parasite and Empathy with Clumsiness and Wandering Eye.

Maybe a different elite like [discord] with [necrosis] OR [visions of regret]. Otherwise great build =3

I guess you need more energy management especially against non-spell caster mobs.

Honestly if you are using Signet of Illusion just to tweak out a higher level Assasin it is not worth it. You can blast 4x the sin with a [assassins promise] build. More sins more damage and damage absorption. Illusion line is a good skill for hardmode i find [wandering eye] and [arcane conundrum] good compliments slow the casters down makes a huge difference. IMO

Drop the crappy elite and take [Assassin's Promise] with [Wandering Eye] and [Clumsiness] and/or [Cry of Pain]. Or if you don't like AP [Visions of Regret] is a very good choice. To be honest the only reason worth going necro is [Enfeebling Blood] and [Rip Enchantment].

1. Yes AP is better. Not only does it refresh all skills (including non-spell skills, e.g. signets) on your bar, it also helps with energy management which your build needs.

2. You also dont really need SoI for PvE skills nowadays since EOTN title ranks are quite farmable through Hero's handbooks and other means.

3. I honestly dont see why you need SoI in that build just for insiduous parasite and pve skills? Not worth it and why you have points in inspiration magic even with SoI.
