Default Power Return

Do you think in PvE that the drawback of returning some energy is reason enough not to bring it...

A freind of mine was looking for a build for his mes hero to match with a build I helped him make...he has access to limited skills mes-wise and was thinking until he can get some better rupts for his hero...is power return really all that bad...

It's not as though energy denile is even close to effective in PvE...and it's got a fast recharge...Sooo basically think it's a decent skill or should he just skip a interrupt and put in something else until he can unlock it....

Since monsters have a large energy pool the drawback for power return isn't a problem. I'd personally take power spike, or an inspiration interrupt.

It's good as a cheap, low recharge interrupt for alot of bosses that have slow cast, instant recharge, problem skills like Zhu Hanuku's ressurrect and Zoldark's skills.

Aside from that, heroes can't prioritize interrupts, and a single rupt every 5 seconds is a drop in the bucket when you're facing a mob of 5-12 creatures. They're generally not useful enough to be slotted on a hero without a specific target in mind.

I'd recommend sticking to energy management skills like leech signet or power drain for heroes.
