What do you guys think about this build? I also need help coming up with two really good spells to go with it and which of the elite skills would go best for this build?

I think that Ineptitude would work better, especially if arcane echo'd. But, that means you will have to split points in illusion and domination (if you want empathy). So I'd just remove empathy and put in arcane conundrum. If you are bringing ether nightmare, I would bring cry of pain too. Finally, I would pick some energy management skills from the inspiration line like drain enchantment or power drain to fill out your bar.
