Well, I've been combing through the Farming forums, but the E/A ele sword farm build isn't here. If it is, please re-direct me and close the thread. Otherwise, plz tell me the build on the thread.

Well, i have been farming there a lot, got no elemental sword drops yet =(

I have both "A Show of Force" and "A Requiem for a Brain" and im on HM and the shrines dont show up. Is there a certain point you need to be in one/both of those quests to make them appear? If so can someone please tell me? Im aware that activating them brings out more Monoliths to kill.

Did you get to about part 3 or 4 in the quest? When it tells you to meet the dude in the Wastes for minions? That might be why, not sure, but maybe.

aha! there they are. thanks for the quick reply.

also, is the quest "A requiem for a brain" needed for this? its just seems to spawn extra margonites just outside and leading to the entrance

It's still really profitable without ele sword drops. I get like 4-6 gold drops per trip, and usually a lockpick or two.

Requiem for a brain isn't needed for ele sword farming. People usually have that active for the SS/LB point farming so that they've killed 25 Margonites before they kill the bosses in the templke and get max point bonus's.

If you did, Elemental Swords would be Dead Swords all over again...

And the gold drop rate here is screwed up, first time I came 5 golds, then the next 6 times not a single one.... meh. If it weren't for the lightbringer points that came as well this run would be pathetic.
