Of course, there's no real reason to go necro secondary at all, ele has access to weakness (ennervating charge or ebon hawk) and mesmer has access to enchant removal, but either way I wouldn't run this build... if you really wanted to shut someone down with a build like that, swap echo for Gust, throw in Slippery Ground and Ash Blast, and you've got very little damage, but lots of shutdown.

so i herd aoe blindness, kd, weakness and blocking is better than single target blindness and kd.
I could be wrong though. |
