I tried the build on the free weekend and I can almost say that I'm the master... killing the grasps ¬¬

I used radiant insignias and enchantments/sundering scythes but somehow when facing groups of 3+ smites they killed me with zealots fire, is there a restriction on the number of smites to be tanked?

I didn t say use Windwalker insignia for fun^^



btw using Chilling Victory instead of Victorous is pretty fun, but not recommended for ppl that are new to this build

Use vamp then... extra 15 health per hit and it does more damage anyway.
Victorious Sweep is crappy for a heal, if you are low on health and need health then you won't be able to heal with it anyway...

Smites shouldn't be activating Zealot's Fire if you have Visages on. They will only be able to get enough energy in groups of two or less.

Which is why you use Mystic Vigor and Heart of Fury to heal yourself.....................

i sorta edited this build a bit (before someone had done exactly the same) but it goes
Zealous Vow
Physical Resistance
Mystic Regen
Mystic Vigor
Mystic Sweep
Rending Aura
Victorious Sweep
Pious Haste

(I'm not sure these stats are correct, I'€m on the other computer that does not have GW on it if you don't have enough points, just take some out of scythe mastery.)
Scythe Mastery: 10+3+1
Wind Prayers: 8+1
Earth Prayers: 8
Mysticism: 8+1
the rest into inspiration magic

works pretty much the same, just maintain resitance vigor and regeneration and spam attack skills on recharge, then when you get to smites, let em hit you a couple of times while you have rending aura on, and poof nasty SoJ AND Zealots fire gone. its worked well for me so far.

Also I'm not saying this build is any better than yours, its just an alternative for you people without factions.

try swepping out Mystic Regen for Mental Block, its stays up the whole time and less casting makes for more attacking

also, dont be so harsh on the guy, he is simply posting an option to an old build

Is it possible to combine both of these runs? (this one and the part I)

Rending Aura should be sufficient for dealing with Smites. Is there a skill from the other build that can be dropped? Maybe Mystic Regen?

Could Mystic Regen be put into this build to make this easier, i see it on youtube all the time
