Imo u should analyze the next area, mission, quest u are about to do,and what mobs it contains, choose your skills to meet the next area's ¨requirements¨ and to have some synergy with the rest of your team's builds. So i am sugesting[avatar of dwayna] in hex heavy areas,[avatar of melandru] in condition heavy areas,[avatar of lyssa] when u area facing some slow casting spellcasters, combined with some fast attacks,[avatar of grenth] if u would want to use [conjure frost],[avatar of balthazar] well+40 armor and 33%ims isn't that good tbh unless u are doing some farming or something that requires it.For a general purpose pve scenario i have always liked [wounding strike],deep wound on demand is good and dw=mobs die faster.

I don't see why are people still discussing this.

First build is quite good with the sole exception of [[draw] conditions (a necro in support with [[foul feast] will cover it) that begs to be replaced with IAS like [[heart of fury].

For those whining about energy management, learn how to swap weapons to cast critical enchantments, learn how to use zealous scythe and learn how to use [[attackers insight], which with smart use of eternal aura and pre casting can be used a lot more than those 15 seconds recharge make you believe at first glance.

Dervishes are quite squishie, immunity to conditions (and +100 health, although I would rather have +40 armor+immunity to conditions ) is something you can't have with a non-elite skill, but you can have quite a powerful deep wound with a skill like [[wearying strike] with quite a decent recharge (6secs) and +damage.

Warriors and assassins can use scythes very well and have superior armor (assassin with critical agility). Dervishes need to make that up with something and avatars (or some of them) are quite a good solution.

You forgot the whole 'learn how to micro monk enchants to use on you'

that's all the energy management you need
