Look dude if you want to post your first build in a forum when your a beginner, at least be modest so people dont burn you. :P Calling this the perfect build for sins doesn't help either.

Quite so for the part in brackets. If one is jumping in, spiking and jumping out... then the terminal nature of Feigned Neutrality is perfect... since nothing need follow it.
On the flipside, in the midst of a frantic battle where damage is fairly randomised and attention isn't directly on the Assassin, using Feigned Neutrality rather than continuing to attack and firing off Shadow Refuge isn't practical... especially when its a large number of enemies which individually fall quite quickly. Likewise thats when skills like Flashing Blades can shine.... though personally I'd sooner have Shroud of Distress and use another stance like Mantra of Frost (against Afflicted and Southern Shiverpeaks folks at least).... and note that last mention isn't my attempt to start up the spellcaster-assassin thing again. The Mantra skills work well enough without points in Inspiration, provided the situation means lots of the relevant element will be flying around.... e.g. Mantra of Flame when someone is using Greater Conflagration. Its good for just about any primary class.

You probably would've gotten nicer responses if you hadn't called your build perfect, but that's neither here nor there.

The synergy between Jagged Strike and Iron Palm is nice, but the recharge time for Iron Palm is through the roof, severely limiting your damage. Remember that any spike is only as frequent as the longest-recharing skill; Iron Palm takes 20 seconds and is the only way you can guarantee a knockdown.

The typical combo that we're all using these days:
Hex/Enchantment --> Offhand --> Dual --> Offhand --> Dual

Your combo:
Lead --> Lead --> Offhand --> Dual

Your combo is more inefficient (two leads), and the recharge time for your combo is stratospheric since Iron Palm takes 20 seconds to recharge and Falling Spider won't work on a standing opponent.

Keep experimenting; this is an intermediary step towards someone who is able to make good builds. Keep posting them (ignore the mean statements and keep the constructive criticism) and you'll see yourself getting better at making builds.

Before too long, you'll be one of the many people to independently discover the synergy between [skill=text]Critical Defenses[/skill], [skill=text]Way of Perfection[/skill], and [skill=text]Critical Strike[/skill].
