Bzzzt. Been done, not worth it. Deep Wound can be achieved with Impale after a dual-attack. No need to waste secondary on it.
And recharge + single targeted makes this very bad on a paragon, either. |

with [vicious attack] and you got 90% of the time a deep wound inflicted |

Been tried since NFPE. Pointless. You have [Shadow Fang] [Augury of Death] [Twisting Fangs] [Impale] [Wearying Strike] [Wounding Strike] and more that have been used on sins that are more effective.

[Wild Blow] > Wild Strike if you need stance removal... that way you won't have to restart your chain.

You missed my point. The + dmg vs no damage with a deep wound when you are most likely using a dual that you can use [twisting fangs] for your dual.

Synergises nicely with Critical Strike and Way of Perfection though.
[build prof=A/P Dagger=11+1 Critical=11+1+1 Command=5 Shadow=7][Critical Agility][Golden Phoenix Strike][Death Blossom][Moebius Strike][Critical Strike][Find Their Weakness][Way of Perfection][Signet of Return][/build] Critical hit, self heal, deep wound, and energy management in one go. Not saying it's great, but it works. |

Who said you needed DW in PvE? The rate stuff dies I barely finish getting [moebius strike] off. But honestly this skill wouldn't be that great on a sin. Besides the only time you would use this skill is if have no paragon skills for a paragon and /p sucks for sin anyway.

If it wasn't for the energy, I bet find their weakness would be absolutely vicious with unsuspecting strike. I've hit for like 100 right up front with that on it's own with my daggers, on top of a DW and the rest of your attack chain that'd hurt... but then no IAS or conjure... and the energy... but damn... that'd hurt...
Thing about most assassin DW skills is they telegraph, unless they iron palm you I have enough time to slam on patient, PS, SB or RoF and give myself enough of a window to heal through the damage(I used to love healing hands in AB and fort aspenwood back when everybody had assassins... you throw that on an NPC and cover it well, it will not freaking die...). It's like once I see one coming up to me or I light up with SP or hear that poofhiss they make on a shadow step I hit F and start slamming self prots. Not many assassin skills cause a DW right up front, which is why people like those scythe builds, it makes for easy spikes on demand since they can do it up front then pile the damage on a guy with reduces healing and -20% HP.
