I wouldn't run Frenzy on an Assassin merely because of the fact you probably won't get it off in risk of being killed fast and easily. Warriors have alot more armour than an Assassin and can Frenzy through pressure, and that's why it's kept to a Warrior.

I suggest Flurry on an Assassin.

Depends on how you use it. I use it with a short attack chain that recharges quickly with dash. Then again I am known for being the Leeroy in AB. I do likes my frenzy though.

Weak, to be honest. The elite, and the two knockdowns are quite bad and since you've got Critical Strikes you can fuel Hamstring which could be used as a snare. I would replace Iron Palm, and Entangling Asp for Bull's Strike and Hamstring.

Saying that the only elite worth using on an Assassin using a different weapon than daggers is Dark Apostasy.
