You're welcome.

I just had another look at the builds, and was surprised I didn't mention the para I used running BiP for his elite. He usually died a few times, but if anything it made the runs more fun and you can drop at least one e management skill from the other hero bars too.

Oh and I decided not to time any new runs, as I don't bother skipping groups, the drops and LoDs help pay for other stuff.

My times are based around killing the majority of the groups+getting all the hidden treasures and locked chests along the way(16,422 chests opened).

I tried your setup but I still am in favor of my style of clearing it, however I love the ingenuity out there in the GW playerbase and there are plenty of ways to get this dungeon done fast including yours.

Talking Amazing Setup

I want to thank you, I tried most of meta setups, but this one for me it's the best hero setup that i ever tried. I'm using it on all places and it's super. I don't micro not even have time to learn all skills and of course im a weekend player, so I just put your heroes on party and let it go...

great build, thanks for sharing

do you think it would be worth using the alt accnt spot for a perma runner? or should it be a damage/spirit spot

reforming scar yet?

Yeah unless you and your hero's want to sit down against the wizards, CTT is an excellent skill.

Andrew you want your alt account to bring a running skill for the torch, LoD for the hiddens, and I like to bring more communing spirits on my alt to help block Fendi.

RoJ is unaffected by EBSoH and there is so much blind in SoO that I don't think an imba would be a suitable replacement.

Before this build was up here on guru I went through SoO with my warrior as imba and tore the place up. Fendi and his cronies also have no hex removal so Asuran scan can deal with the damned crewmans blind.

A few days ago I did this with a friend. She was the rit and I was actually taking the place of EVAS so it freed up room for LoD. I was able to body block fendi quite well while we completely ignored his rit spikers. My build was...

Dragon Slash
AS
SY
FGJ
Flail
Deaths Charge
Shadow Sanctuary
I Will Survive

14 Str, 13 swordsmanship, 3 shadow arts

Equipement

Sentinel Insignias, Lightning Shield, Furious and Zealous swords

Feel free to try it out and change it up, I don't care either way.

EDIT: Switched Dark Escape for Shadow Sanctuary since the undead warriors carry stance removal. Only enchantment removal in SoO is on the Decayed Dragons and Fendi.

Yeah like I have said before many, many ways to beat up on Fendi. Ty for the suggestion and perhaps that will give some people more ideas to mess around with.

Get around 24mins on regular runs, thanks for the team.

Btw, if you don't wanna bother taking EVAS, just micro your mesmer's DF, and rush towards the group with dash. Works exactly the same.

EDIT : I usually do that with 6 heroes + another person that plays perma, to be like 1min30 faster on first level, and it allows you to get the brazier room of level 2 much faster (Dwarven stability + dash, can put your spirit at the same time + can have a perfect ball on one side of the gate, which makes the spike really clean, even on enchanted weapons), some time gained in level 2, time to do Brigand-> Gate.. And the perma is a mere runner in lvl 3, pull all the groups in the narrow corridor, and then run the torch as you're cleaning the necessary groups in the big room.. I do around 25mins by myself, can get to 20 or something with a second player. (did it in 14 with 14/8 bug tho)

EDIT 2 : Also dropped blood ritual from one RoJ, you'd have to micro it to be efficient (I get mad at my ogden running around, trying to BR me when i'm taking agro, with 40/42e...), and it's really not needed. I took a 3rd We shall return and fallback.. just more handy to have 3, can keep it on without a problem.

First off thank you for the compliment and I appreciate it.Secondly, the BR is primarily used only on Fendi when there is energy pressure from the Archers, and disabled until then. Nothing wrong with dropping it though as it can be VERY annoying to have your RoJ chase you into the frontline just to get off a br.

Finally got around to test it, did it with a friend and made a few errors on the second last level but nothing to serious. Found it realy easy with my friend as perma but sometimes makes me as the spirit rit a bit useless untill we reach fendi.
Like you said lots of chests, hidden treasure and too bad we got some bad drops on the end chest but that's not bad. It's fun
I also like to start in gadd's because I think its more fun and easier to go through the dugeon to get to the quest starter and also usually 2 chests on the way to her.

The Rojjer never went for the perma sin to go and BR him, as long as he keeps his spear or sword.
Thanks again

[Edit]Had lots of fun last couple of days in soo, no good drops yet but it's been fun. We did it about 15 times now I think and it could be we are one of those unlucky ones that take 200 times to even see a bds but it will come. [edit]

Got a run today. It's pretty damn fast especially for a noob that's only run it a few times previously. Roughly 30 minutes spent from start to finish including time to show me some techniques in SoO. Lots of hidden treasures along the way makes it worthwhile.

Will take some practice, but it's definitely something I will try and do on my own at some point.

Thanks again for the run.

As some one who detests SoO and Fendi, I wanted a way to complete this on my rit as painless as possible. It honestly couldn't have been much easier with the builds posted, my heroes and I cleared the groups with ease. The only time we wiped was when I was a baddie and over aggro'ed :< With a few individual deaths along the way but it wasn't a big deal.

I also tried it in CoF too and had the same results. Super fast time too.

Gotta get a little better with the aggro to get faster times but I'm having fun atm so I don't care.

Thanks so much for posting the builds, I <3 you!

I'd like to revive this thread. Don't know if OP is still around.
I'm running the exact same builds with full runes and 40/40 sets, using evas+spirits to ball and blow everything up. However, the times i'm getting are more around 40 minutes total, than the 30 minutes advertised. I'm wondering is this just me who is slighty slow and needs practice, or is this due to the HM update that increased health?
Has anyone done Soo Heroway recently, and if so, what times do you average for a full run+ LoD?

It is probably partly your technique but also this build was made before the Hard Mode HP change. The change most certainly did slow things down at least a little bit.

I was always getting ~40-45 minutes, as I would always get slammed at Fendi, I think the flagging technique is a little too specific and not detailed enough here, because I would block on bridge but still get owned.
