Might as well give a list of my recommended places:
Kurzick Area's such as Melandru's Hope: Gothic Items; Ornate,Echovald and Guardian of the Hunt Shields Luxon Area's: Jade Swords, Oni Daggers and Swords; Outcast Staffs KC Region: All Plagueborn stuff Namphai Quarter: Celestials (This Run takes a bit longer than most - also not helpful theres 3 chests in the mission ussually XD) [HM only (sorry) and Items and Screenshots delivered to you] Tyria: I've ran all over Tyria and Gwen and just trying to think whats really exciting there; Hmmm Raven Staffs?  Vabbian Region: Serpentine Reaver; Gemstone Axes Realm of Torment; Nightmare Spear/Scythe; In certain Area's possible Stormbow and Magma Shields (Long Run) FoW: Chaos Axe's; Shadow Blades Any of those sound fun? If not just say where'd you like

Currently Running the remaining 8 picks from "Guard of Lightbane" : Hopefully more Monk Elites will drop as well
