Default Another 100k giveaway (3rd one..i think xD)

Well its obvious people dont feel like writing a paragraph about a guild, they just want a number like last contest, well im not doing that, only 16 posts and its time for winner, sorry i cant do with only 16 people

EDITED by Illfated Fat
Closing this, seeing as you are ending the contest. If it needs to be reopened, PM me .

Hey guys...im bored...so i said to myself...why not post a 100k giveaway in the middle of the night (almost 2 a.m here..i know i have no life..)

This thread is about a guild that is special to you. The best stories will be become a top 10. Then from those will become a 100k winner. There might be a future giveaway of 300k. I haven't decided yet

Rules of Giveaway:
-Your guru account must be at least 6 months old.
-You must have at least 60 posts.
-No immature, or whining, or your automatically disqualified.
-No more than 100 entries
-I want to give this people that have been playing the game for at least a few months so...i know this isnt hard, but you need at least r1 koabd

Note:
Proper grammar, nice long posts, etc etc, wont go unnoticed

Let me start off.

About 2 years ago, i met a guild...the Raven alliance. At first i thought about leaving the guild. After two years im still in it. I came to make friends in the alliance and i found myself loving it, there were tournaments, winter games, etc etc. And a months ago, we expanded to make a kurzick alliance (We are luxons). Then one day i made a joke, and they took it seriously (Not going to mention joke, it wasnt inappropriate though.) Then i was kicked out, after that i had school etc etc stop playing for about 2 months. Then when i started up again, i apologized and etc etc, im in the new kurzick alliance and they chose me to be a new leader of the rebuilding alliance. Theres so much more to tell, but i want to hear your wonderful guild stories.

Top 10 will be chosen in 7 days (Including today, since its the morning.)Winner will be chosen 3 days after that. So on July 7th you will know who won

I know there have been many threads like this, and none of the OP actually were serious and never gave the item they were giving away. I have had 2 of these giveaways before, so i wont pull a stunt like that, and if you guys want you can pm me ingame to chat.

I've been playing this game for nearly 42 months now. I've been playing on and off and sometimes taking year long breaks. I thought nothing could keep my interest in this game until I joined the [LaZy] alliance about a year ago during my summer vacation. The guild was pretty awesome and the members were great. But unfortunately my computer literally blew up and I was out of the GW scene for months. When I returned I had found out that the people that kept me going had left or simply quit. So I quit too.

I came back a few months ago and went through ten guilds in about a week until I found a new home in [YaRR]. I've always messed around and made new chars, never did anything serious but with [YaRR] I found myself maxing titles on a nearly weekly basis. After being a part of them for about a month I've found myself with a new main and ten maxed titles that I would never imagine doing on my own. The members, atmosphere and just the way the guilds are run are exactly what I've been looking for in a game.

I don't have 60 posts, because I usually don't go on guru, but I'll add my story here anyway, for the fun of it. I'm close to completing my 3rd birthday of playing GW, and I remember when I started. After leaving pre, I was still pretty new and was clueless about GW. I met someone, and she seemed nice and asked if I wanted to join her guild (she was an officer). I said yes, and the guild (KoD - kingdom of dragons) was perfect - fun, helpful, with active members... just the thing I needed to start GW. Long story short, I was very active, and in one of the weekly guild meetings I was promoted to officer. I never left the guild after joining in 2006, although many others did, and soon the guild started falling apart... I took a break just when we were merging the guild with the leading guild with our originial alliance (which we had left to form our own). Now, pretty much all the old active friends I had in KoD either don't play anymore or are in other guilds, and frankly I miss what we once had. The new merged guild is also good, but nothing like what we used to be...

Im sorry that this isn't about my current guild, but i feel that the guild i am going to talk about were really special to me, and i will always remember the people in them.

I started playing GuildWars when i was 13 (I'm 17 now) My first character was a warrior, Fey Blanche, as soon as i entered the game i was hooked, it was magical for a child of 13 to be able to talk to people from around the world in the comfort of your own home and yet immerse yourself in a fantasy environment.

Everyone i met was friendly and kind, though one person really did catch my attention, It was a mission in the shiverpeaks (Can't remember which one) I got talking to the monk of the team, he was a really friendly, down to earth guy with a sense of humor that rivalled my own sarcasm. Needless to say we became close friends, Monk Shigeru was his IGN. We played together whever we were online, he was a brother to me.

We looked for a guild, we found one [AG] Arutha's gatekeepers, This guild was the centre of my GW experiance, it encompassed the people and the game, bringing it together to create an exciting and rewarding experience, whether it be a GvG or a mission bonus in Prophecies, our guild was strong. Yes we had a few guild dramas and even one wedding, but you take the bad with the good , and i believe i was truely lucky (way more good than bad!) In the guild everyone was brilliant, full of beautifull people creating a great family environment, we were all in the 13-16 age bracket.
I stayed in this guild with Shigeru for over two years, in those years other members joined who i built close friendships with, though never as close as Shigeru, Me and him were like chalk and cheese, a warrior and a monk, a tank and a healer, the bestest of friends. However after two years alot of people reached the age where they were going to University or College, the activity dwindled, contact was lost with several people. And then the inevitable, Monk Shigeru stopped playing, to go to College, i still talked to him on MSN, but it wasn't the same, the game dynamics made our friendship, and when that game and the guild was lost , so was our bond.

I will never forget him, he was a true friend, fiercely loyal ( to the point our guild thought we had a crush on each other!) but no it was pure friendship.

I thank GuildWars for possibly the best friend i ever had, Even now, though i know he does not play, i check my friends list when i log on, in hope to rekindle my past GW Experience.

Sorry it was long!!! But i felt like i needed to really pay tribute to this game and the people in it, its a wonderfull thing, I'm sure others have had similary strong friendships.

xx Fey

Guild: black wolf pirates [awoo]

About a month ago, I joined the Wolf Pack Pirates [AWOO] guild which is part of a fairly large kurzick alliance, Although it is a relatively small guild, there is nearly always somebody online (if not in the guild then in the alliance) they are there to talk to if you feel like it and will always be happy to help with any missions or quests if they are not busy. Every member I have met has been friendly and kind and the Leader is the best you could wish for (even if his greeting of awoooooooooooo! every time he logs on is a little strange) There is even a member who just logs on to visit the guild even though he does not play Guild Wars anymore. I feel this is the best guild that I have ever been in during my 2 years of playing Guild Wars. I was in guilds from the Imperial Guards alliance to a small guild called Gang Of The Green Dragon. But the Wolf Pack Pirates is the best one yet.

Thank you for reading and good luck to everyone who enters

Not eligible but felt like posting anyway, can delete if you want.

My guild war career has been complicated, I can only be honest but say earlier in my career I did a lot of guild hopping because "at the time" I was always wanting to get things out of people, like of course act all pitiful and do what I could for them to assist me, what I was basically was after was free stuff. Of course I was 13 at the time, you know how they can act. Years later I'm still guild less doing my own thing, trying my best on my own. I really had no friends really, I was a fairly decent player, no primeval or anything but I was just alright.

So I thought to myself to try and give maybe one more guild a try. So I went to Kamadan D1, of course there's loads of spamming, and saw a guild that looked alright, that wasn't too hardcore knowing I wasn't a pro player. I joined them, I felt welcomed and things were great. They didn't have much, it was a small guild, guildhall was very low-pricy, it was nothing that professional players would necessarily approve of. Although the people itself as a whole were amazing. I always felt I'd rather be in a inexpensively created, then a spoiled guild with immature fools.

Of course until one day, I had put my nose in someone else business that caused a commotion which had then ended with my removal from the guild. Even though I was removed from that guild, for 2 years I was with a guild I was very comfortable with, and met many friends who even though I was removed, I talk to today. These people I know are very special to me, have always given me hints/help when I needed it, without spoiling me over. Normally I do not accept charity because of all the things I took in the past, I've always kept it to a minimum I always insisted on them keeping things I'm offered, because I like to be the guy giving, not receiving(lol don't be perverted).

To this day I am in a guild which a few friends I know have created and I am very happy, and hope it all works out for me. The past 2 years have been a massive change, I am enjoying the game, with my new guild trying to help out players that were once me. For that I will never forget, and I want to be an influence to other new players around the world to tell you, be patient, be considerate, and you WILL be payed back with friendship and guidance.

This is a 100% true story that changed the way I play MMO's and other games forever.

Thanks,

Osiris Gothlick

I joined an alliance called [YaRR] I will admit it, I did not think I would be staying in YaRR longer than 2 days. I ended up becoming Guild Leader of a guild called Raven Pirates in the YaRR alliance and to this day, I am so grateful I joined and gave YaRR a chance even though a lot of people flame it and make fun of it.

- I am highly respected in YaRR and love my pirates in YaRR

No KOaBD anything. I play for fun moreso than achievements so I tend to get sidetracked talking to people and helping with quests. ^_^

Last summer the guild I'd formed, This Guilds Name Is Really [Dumb], officially died due to people being busy with school and general disinterest in GW. I was heartbroken and didn't join a guild for another month. When I was ready to find a new home I came to Guru's Guild forums because the guilds there are generally higher quality than those who spam up chat in the port and faction cities. I came upon an alliance called [CREW] and applied to join. They had some pro recruiters and the interview was informative and made me feel that CREW was the place for me. CREW was a guild dedicated to younger players, a place where they could play w/o being ostracized and where there were older players patient enough to help them. At 25 I was the oldest person in the guild! We had so much fun that summer. We vanquished, partied in the GH, partied with the whole alliance, did missions, and just sat around and talked. Things fell apart when fall rolled around. People had to put GW down for school work and such. Eventually we got moved to our sister alliance, LaZy Kurz, but it wasn't the same and they didn't want us there(justifiably so though). To this day I still talk to quite a few people from CREW. They were some cool ass people. I miss them. *lol*

well this story is how i got into a guild.

One day while looking for a 55 monk to duo UW i found this guy called origami gummy bear. at first i just thought meh just another 55 looking to make some dough. well eventually the farm turned into a meaningful conversation unlike those farms that are like yay ecto for me next is for u...we started talking about things outside of GW and stuff. we added each other as a friend and for next 2 weeks we 55/ss uw. evenutally my guild started to die. i left it and was alone. me and gummy bear were doing uw and then he said wheres your guild? i told him the story and he asked if i wanted to join his. i said ya and i was made into an officer the moment i got in. i also befriended one his friends in the guild and we started doing missions/quest/elite areas and so on. time moved on. eventually they day the new weapons were put IG. He saw an obby edge in DoA and wanted to buy it. Nobody had ever seen it before except for the guy who got it out of chest and us. Gummy sold his torment weps and i gave him some cash and other stuff to buy it. we became one of the first people IG to have it. we decided to take turns using it. I posted pics on guru and he advertised. people wanted to see the sword so bad. they offered tons of ectos. he decided we should sell for more and i made a auction on guru. one day he was offered an outragoes price for it and he sold it. he was about to give me the money the next day when he was SCAMMED! everything on his guys were wiped even the armor..i helped him rebuild his guy and then one day he gave up. he gave guild leader to our friend and left GW. about a year later and hes back XD. and we r still good friends XD

Not eligible, but I had a lot of good memories with my old guild [WaR] We are Random.

We were immature in a mature way; respectfully immature. Our guild cape was Pink, and all members wore pink armor. We were a tight-knit community that played a dying game (Rune: HoV) when we heard about GW. All the players in the community liked it and waited and waited for it. When the E3 For Everyone event came around we had a hard time figuring things out and getting together at first. After E3 when the game finally released, every member attempted to scrounge up the money for a sigil. Haha, we were so poor. We attempted to get one from HoH and ended up holding hall early on in release, which was pretty awesome in our opinions. We would have parties in LA, tell people we were luring back to the lighthouse to "have a good time". There was a dedicated bouncer who charged 10 gold for entry. We would mix dyes for people who didnt have pink armor. Generally do nothing but be a nuisance in LA. We would sync dance before the sync feature, it would take way to many tries but we eventually got it. I think we still actually have a gallery of about 600 screenshots. I know I have 140 on my old computer.

Sadly though, after a while, our members and officers began to become inactive. Then leadership changed and everything began to fail. It was terrible, I ended up quiting by factions release after the guild disbanded.

Favorite Guild Moment:
==================
At the release of EoTN though, I started playing again. When I logged on I was in LA, it took forever to load, so I left and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. When I came back, twenty of my old guildmates sporting the tag [WaR] and the beautiful Pink Cape were sync-dancing around me. A great welcoming party, and a great sandwich as well.

Everyday since I have bought guild wars I have been looking for a good reliable guild. I never wanted to join a guild that was new and small or that also spammed the chat. My story begins by me trying to get in a FOW group,I have never had a beautiful build but my necro SS always came in handy. After a long and dreadful clear, we went old school,I was spent and decided to retire to Temple Of Ages I had been trying to work the market and get some gold and I got a whisp from out of the blue. It was a funny pm that said, "Only if I could have seen that coming." As you probably are confused I was to I asked him what he meant and he replied ,"wrong chat." I figured and moved on but quickly he said to me you need help. I was in no mood to do anything but when help is offered I jump on the opportunity. I said sure and asked him to help me DUO UW. After 3 fails I had to call it quits and he said sorry that he couldn't help I said that's fine I really just don't like playing anymore. He had in all caps,"WAIT I CAN MAKE IT FUN FOR YOU." I laughed and thought how could he do that he got a full party of guildies [KGB] and ran me with them and everyone gave me there drops. After that was all done I felt like I needed to repay them but they refused anything I gave them and said have fun playing. I quickly replied, "I need to do something for you." but as nice as they are they refused a second time. Then the leader noticed that I had not had a guild tag. They asked if I wanted to join I was shocked but thought it was to good to be true. As I got my invite I was hoping I wouldn't be bored with the game and when I excepted I was shocked at the maxed guild and only one spot left for me. They were active and I stayed ever since. Later on the leader whisped me and said he noticed me and said that I'm pretty experienced and that he had his eye on me for officer. I was so happy and finally felt at home. They had a vote and I was quickly promoted and i have to say my name looks good on the top half of our roster. I love my guild and alliance and am proud to say I am responsible for most of our recruits. To this day I thought i would have never logged back on if it weren't for [KGB]

A quick honor to KGB
If it wouldn't have been for [KGB] I would not have been playing right now. I just wanted to thank all the true Guild Wars players in [KGB] who have worked honestly and just love to play the game. KILLER GREEN BUDDAH for life

Hopefully I am not too late.
___

Four years ago, an Asian co-worker of my stepfather's had given him Guild Wars. He then preceeded to give it to me (the account was new). I was a real newb in the game, so I thought I would join a guild. I came across several, but eventually left as they were either extremely inactive or it was myself being the only member.

Eventually I came across [KN] or Krows Nest, a semi-large guild based around friend's from different games across the PC gaming world. I joined in their alliance thru a different guild which was only disbanded a few days afterwards. I remembered the leader of the alliance, Krow Ravenwood, PMed him and I got into the guild. I made numerous friends in the guild, from the leader to the officers all the way to the only member in the guild my age. Eventually [KN] disbanded after real life issues from the guild leader; he handed it down to one of the officers (let's call this person '1') who had secretly been arguing with the other officers for leadership (my officer friend had told me this with screenshots). Well 1 then preceeded to not help anyone which caused a lot of drama - more than three quarters of the guild had left. I stayed with the guild in hopes of it's grand return until Krow's wife had logged on explaining how they were quitting the game due to financial issues in real life. After mulitple tries, and failures, of trying to recreate [KN], we all stopped with only one option left: continue playing this game and hope that Krow will come back. He did and he created a new Nightfall monk and everything. It didn't turn out so well - he had complained how this game was so bad now and he went back to StarCraft/Diablo. He left again leaving only four active members of the guild left - two of my friends, another former officer, and myself. I was in contact with all until my account was hacked.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to Best Buy, purchased Guild Wars Trilogy, installed, and found myself back in the world of Tyria - with all of my original friends (and my first real experience with a guild/clan) inactive. I shall re create the original guild making the grand finale I have always day dreamed about! Long live [KN]!

Wait, what, I just stumbled in here out of curiosity but...

Surely it isn't a giveaway if you have to meet certain requirements* before you can have the offered aid...

*these rules aren't even accurate representations of someone who has a long time account...my ingame acc is almost 4 years of age and I haven't bothered with a koabd or maxing out any such title because I don't play for showing off, and I don't have 60 posts on guru either because I only use this site for refferances or help, and I only made this account roughly less than a month ago, does that make me such an immature/unworthy player of your pre-conditionised "giveaway"?

I dont have r1 koabd but maybe you'll forgive me. I've never really been into maxing titles... lmao.
So about 2-3 years ago I got the game. I started playing, advanced through the game, made new characters etc. My account got hacked. I was extremely bummed so I stopped playing for a few months. When I got back I joined YaRR, Black Widow Pirates. It was a lovely guild, literally a family. I was in YaRR for 2 months, and then our leader announced she's leaving YaRR to create a new guild. Soon I realized that it was no fun without Kitty, our leader, so I left YaRR and joined the new guild, recreated from YaRR.
Kano Giliath [Star] is what it was called. Everyone I knew from YaRR and many newbies joined. I got promoted to officer, recruited new guildmates, helped many many inexperienced players advance and supported many with materials and gold for armor. We're a happy guild of old friends that are very helpful and very nice.
Thanks if you pick me and good luck for everyone,

I might have 60 posts, Im not sure and i dont care to look it up. I dont have r1Koabd, because i dont grind titles. But i have been playing the game for 50 months. ive been in several guilds because i go through phases of what i like to do. AB, HA, PvP, farm, etc. or usually the guilds just fall apart because of inactivity. i love you. I just play mostly pve, but i do pvp on occasion because its fun, except RA which is like hell, but virtual, but everyone already konws that. im a friendly funny, really sarcastic person. i enjoy long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners.

So, I have r2 Koabd, my guru account is well over 6months and 100posts old..

This is more about two guilds that have always been good friends and when one died, the remainder came over to the other. It all began about three and one half years ago when I joined The Cellmates [xCMx]..those of you who play Halls may know of them as "Iway !@#$," yes..yes I joined the guild as a complete pvp "noob". I had no idea of what to do and this was a r9+ guild that I had somehow gotten into. Now they didn't let me join their groups, I had to work my way up the ranks..they weren't just going to give me fame. Now don't get me wrong, they helped me immensely with weapon sets, tactics, and all of that sort of stuff. I soon enough got rank6, and when IWAY died, so did the guild. I wasn't going to allow this guild that I had been in for over a year get destroyed because there was no longer a cheap and easy build to run. So I began to run groups, and this is how i worked myself up to officer in the guild. I ran groups every night and brought the guild back to life for a while and this is when we joined The Black Parades
[死人死] alliance. After a while, a few things became apparent. 1) This guild I had been in now for over 2 years was now dying. 2) I was enjoying myself in Black Parades groups more then in Cellmates groups. 3) My play times were off from the Cellmates play times. When the leader of the Cellmates called it quits, I took over for a while and continued to be close friends with the Black Parades players. After realizing that I could no longer keep the guild alive, I asked for a merge of the guilds. The Black Parades accepted and it went on from there. Now i was in the Black parades for about a year when that guild started dying also. This guild had been around for 3.5 years already, and when the Leader started playing Tabula Rasa instead of guild wars and gave up his position, I knew I had to take over. So I am currently the guild leader and have been for about 8 months now and the guild is pretty much dead, but it means too much to me and too a lot of the old school players to let it die completely...Looking back at my story I now see that it looks like a lot of patting myself on the back, but that is truly what happened. Both of these guilds mean so much to me from a social standpoint and a nostalgic standpoint. I made great friends in these guilds that I still continue to keep in touch with up to this day and I remember the good old days when we used to always win halls..or be shouting at each other over why someone missed that easy infuse during the halls match. Its been a great long time that I have been playing Guild Wars...and these two guilds is what made it so great.

Simply put I meet your requirements.

A guild that is special to me.

Back when I first started playing Guild Wars properly I was a young lost newbie Assassin called (yup, you guessed it) Unreal Havoc taking in all that Shing Jea had to offer. I was captivated by the scrolling chat logs and the little dance parties, yet barely knew how to play the game properly. One guy whispered me to click accept, and sent me a party invite which I accepted. His character name was Liban (not full name, I won't disclose full names here, however I want to try and give some character to my tale) and he was a Warrior by trade.

We must have chatted for hours, as he guided me through using the interface and chat logs properly, etc. Showing me hidden emotes I didn't know, and venturing out with me as I stalked my first kill. From this our friendship bonded and we decided to create a guild together, my first ever guild, called Dark Heritage. I was the first officer while Liban was the leader. Our next member, an Elementalist called Durkon became our second officer.

We built our very first alliance with Sun, having a friendly feud with Cute over who could earn the highest faction each day, which led to me playing my first AB with guildies. Never had I been so lost in my life as I got rinsed by Assassins left right and centre. After that I wasn't taking it any longer, it was war! Not only did I not want to be embarrased so badly again, but I wanted our guild to be the top of the chain for faction in our alliance.

Under the guidance of Liban and Durkon we built up a formidable Alliance Battles team, and it was in AB that we had some of our fondest memories together holding shrines, and holding mobs off together as one, back to back until the very bitter end when death would come and take us and then drop us off at the nearest Resurrection point.

It was during this time I capped my first elite skill (Flashing Blades, lol). I remember this so well for having it and running head first into a mob thinking I would be invincible just because it had a pretty gold trim around the skill icon. My guildies howled with laughter, yet never called me out because of it. Instead they guided me from what I was doing wrong and nurtured me into the born killer I am today.

Sadly a few months on Liban eventually gave up leadership due to college and real life responsibilities, giving it up to me. Proudly I stood up and accepted this new challenge that had been given to me eager to take Dark Heritage to new heights.

It was also at this point relations broke down in our alliance and we eventually moved onto White Mantle Legends where we formed a more PvE based theme focusing on FoW and the Deep as we were Luxon. I'll never forget some of the guild runs in FoW where we defied the norm at the time and ran Ritualist healers, Minion Masters, the lot. I even remember running a Dancing Daggers spammer for fun and clearnig the entire FoW with guildies. Good times.

It was also at this point where we all started exploring Nightfall together, which supplied us with many memories as we learnt the ins and outs of the new classes, and slowly built our way up to facing Abaddon in the final battle.

We went on strong for a good year before sadly disbanding due to inactivity of alot of the core players. However as the first ever guild I joined and eventually came to lead, I will never forget it for the sheer amount of knowledge I learnt while I was there, and the good friends who I made there whom I still speak to today aswell as the close knit community we had created not only within our guild but also our alliance.

Dark Heritage will always give me fond memories that will always bring a smile to my face and I will never forget them.

Guys, if you don't have an entry to submit, keep the comments to yourselves. This is their giveaway, and they will do it as they please.

I meet the requirements, but you don't need to consider me for any prizes. I just love talking about these people any chance I get. <3

Anyways, in August '06, I joined a guild called Xen of Onslaught [XoO]. I had only been in one guild prior to that, but drama and inactivity started to tear it apart, even though I became good friends with a lot of people in that guild - a few of whom I still speak with today. I joined XoO at the height of its PvP and PvE (I was such a nub at the time I didn't realize that they were good at PvP :P), and I instantly fell in love with the place.

There were a lot of PvE divisions in the multi-guild XoO alliance, and some of those PvE divisions offered such incredible talent, but also excellent quality of the person. It was great to be able to confidently ask for anything in AC, and you'd be overwhelmed with players willing to join you; able players with whom you could get through anything with.

Two divisions of XoO I spent most of my time in (RoX/XoH - had a lot of the same people traveling back and forth in between). Although we broke off one day from XoO, we still had the same people, no matter which name we went under. It's just funny I guess because I didn't know what I had with these people until we became inactive (IRL>GW), and I left in search of activity elsewhere. I haven't yet found the same talent AND quality of the person since XoO/aOa (our reformed name), but I've come very close to it =).

Thanks for the fun, friendship and games. <3

My mom's boyfriend told me that his new game was arriving tommorow, I asked him what it was and he showed me a few videos, I became very interested and played the game immediatly on his account, making my own character. I eventually got my own account and joined a guild called AloT, this was my best guild and they taught me the basic understandings of Guild Wars.

One day I decided I wanted to try PvP and i mapped to Tombs the first message in Tombs I saw was '' 6 drunk guys lf an ele'' I joined quite hastily thinking this was great and we won quite a lot. I was then offered to join their guild [SS] I spent about a year here GvG'ing constantly.

After about a year our leader ''Mikey'' Went off to the army and we were under leadership from maurice, the guild was now 60 big and we decided we wanted to fight to go top 100, so Ken our strat caller at the time who was about to join Mostly Harmlous decided to help us build the a guild called BoB with a core of 10 people who gvg all night unfortunately when holidays came to and end we were half american and half european we decided to form two teams american and european we played for about 6 months and then we reached Rank 300

Ken then deicded the guild was filling up with players that didn't have the same dream as us. So we formed a new guild called QuaK. On our first GvG we won playing against a rank 72 guild, we got invited to their alliance and we eventually got to Rank 137 as people were getting older and Ken got a really close girlfriend times were getting harder for us europeans playing at 11 or 12 everynight was getting to much and I had recieved a solid offer from vVv and GWII so that was the end of our great guild and since then I've never had such close friends in the game, I still occasionaly guested for them and till the whole thing blew up about 3 months ago

I still havent had a solid guild like that for over 1 and a half years, so thanks all the guys who were with me during those '' good old days''

This is about my current guild, Primeval Warlords [WuW]. Easily the best guild I've ever been in. I've been playing the game for about 38 months, and never really bothered for the first year or so. After that, I would join, things would go smooth for a month or so, then, like others, the majority would either go inactive, or some drama queen would try to stage some sort of coup, and it was free-agent time.

I met the warlords back at the tail end of the HFFF era (ran a few of them). After the nerf, one of the guys invited me on a vanquish in echovald for the faction. Had a great time, got invited, still there. They're a great bunch of guys (and a few girls), and actually prompted me to start using ventrilo outside of the "big srs runs." Completely irreverent, not at all politically correct, thick skinned and all around fun. My kind of guys!
