hey herb

i remember you being interested in the second tall shield when i had it pc'ed so i just tossed that in.
not sure if you were one of those people who only cared about dmg mod perfection and dont care about the req so the swamp club is in the also.
and i also got a req 11 -3 while hexed +1 tactics stone summit shield to go along with taht tall shield if you'd be interested in taht too.

unconditional refers to a damage mod without the "condition" such as the -5 energy or -10 armor while attacking, or blah blah blah... basically it would be a weapon with say a 14% always and thats it.
