Bleached shells aren't hard to get. Take a good earth elementalist out to the dunes and head out east to the five pillars. There are three wurms there that I find drop shells pretty often. You have to do it solo though, or else you won't get anywhere.

So the crimson carapace shield at south shivers @ camp rankor got removed? it was for 5 frosted griffin wings.

with 15 energy
-1 live degen
like the pvp one
can any one tell me if exists someting like that in pve and if it is where to get it

A max damage collector's one doesn't exist, but there is one in the Maguuma Jungle that is like 9-16 damage (I know because I have one).

Take a look at guildwiki and it should give you the location.

Nope. Only while enchanted or while in a stance.

Not removed, but it was changed from "while in a stance" to "while hexed".

Yeah, the only place to get the +12 energy version of this is to get the weapon crafter at droknar's forge to craft it for you.

Where do u get the -1 energy regeneration +15 enrgy Death magic rod. I foung cesta at collector in desert but i cant find the death magic rod.

-Can any1 help???

actually it changed from tactics to strength and from HP +45 rec dmg -2 to HP+60 rec dmg -3. Was already Hex

With the earth elementalist I just gather the swords and hammers around a corner where the bows can't interrupt me, then take out the warriors. When done, if there is only one bow, you can take him out, if not, or if you don't want to waste time, just quickly bring up the teleport.

Recently, when the price of the shield went down to 2 shells, I decided to go back and get some shields for my officer and a freind from an allied guild. I decided to try out my 55 mesmer IW build and found it to be a huge improvement over the earth elementalist. Takes them down so increadibly quick, around two castings of IW per wurm. To get by the warriors and bows, I found it less of a headache with my mes to just do hit and run degens on them until they were dead. It seemed to have the side effect of not triggering the anti-farm patch as well. Just drag them away from the enterance to the southwest (if I remember my bearings) and they hit a spot where they toggle back and forth between following you and running away. Just keep catsing degens on them and in minutes they are dead. Funny thing is, this causes the run to balance out time wise vs. the ele run. But when you get to the wurms, it's such a breeze, that it's worth it.

Oh, and yeah, still no max enchant shield that I've seen, but I haven't run back looking since i made my first collector's shopping list (which I need to update, new info and all.) The closest thing is a 12 armor version of the stance shield (enchanting instead of stance).

Do you go Ele/W for Balanced Stance vs. the Worms, or do you just endure the knockdowns?

Getting knocked down when running Ether Renewal (my elite of choice for solo farming) can be pretty frustrating ...

I just endure the knockdowns. I always keep armor of earth on me when running around by myself. After I pick myself up, I slip into that familiar cycle of spells to take the wurms down. Ensign had a build he posted on desert griffon farming. It's a wonderful warrior killer, and I modified it slightly to deal with the wurms faster. But like I said above, if you have a mesmer, they kill the wurms soooooooo very much faster and easier. Take the cornerstone spells for the 55 monk build and toss in Illusionary Weapon. Put in some health degen for the warriors and there you go. Let me dig it out.

I run Protective Spirit and Mending as the must have spells on the monk side to keep you alive. Then Illusionary Weapon for killing the wurms and Energy Tap for energy management from the Mesmer side. That's all you really need for the wurms, those four spells. I bring healing breeze to help out when I get hit by two or three wurms at once. I added clumsiness to spike the wurms every once in a while, though it's so not necessary. I round it out with conjure phantasm and phantom pain to deal with enemies on the way, hit and run there. It goes without saying that you are mimicing a 55 monk. You can do it at 105hp, but then you will rely more on healing breeze. Only half the spells are needed though for one wurm, so feel free to tinker, lol. I run Fast cast at 2+3=5, Illusion 9+4=13, Inspiration 5+3=8, Healing Prayers 8, and Protection 12. I tried empathy with domination, but it just ate up energy and IW is sufficent at two castings anyways.

Lol, I named this the "Bleached Shell Hunter."

Hmm. I don't actually have a primary mesmer, or plan to. I already have elementalist, necro, ranger, and warrior slots, although the latter two are inactive at the moment, and I'm reserving one of the two new slots for PvP.

SO there is no Protection Holy Staff collectable?

Like:
Holy Staff
+10 energy
20/20 prot spells
max dmg

*edit*

There is a protection staff, same collector as smiting staff in Lornar's Pass, for 2 frozen shells
