guess i won't be needing much money(other than weapons collection)in factions then.the only 1 i would consider buying is the sentinal,but req 13 strength is a joke imho.

any 1 got ss of the new 15k counterparts yet ?.

lol, yes. The pve mesmer 'starter' armour for factions, I'd have been happy with instead of the fissure set I've recently bought. I think overall, very good work Anet on the new armour designs. And these are just the standard sets.

It's good to know that the only difference between the armors from both factions are the crafting materials.

I started as a mesmer because I liked the class. And have waited patiently for new mesmer armor to come along. But here's the interesting thing. We can all assume that there will be new collectors armor and a 4th set we haven't seen. Like the ascension armor. And new 15k armor which has been proven to exist in cantha. As for FoW armor, warriors is the only one I would consider buying of FoW armor.

Rune of major vigor and run of major strength. Sentinal helm has +1 strength (stacking) by defualt. So you only need to spend attribute points on 10 strength.

Agreed that sentinal arnor is the best looking but as practicallity goes its not that great because it requires a level 13 strength ta get full use of it..... needless to say this made me want to cry when i saw this because I was looking forward to my tank usin it

i cant remmeber what the other armor whas called maybe it was just an Luxon armor but it had 90Arm and 15+hp per pice (iam not sure if those wher the stats) but if they are then iam thinking of geting that armor and complement that whith some knight Gloves.....

Good thing is you can have the sentinel armor look with berserker stats. Because i was going to do Berserker look with Sentinel stats. So you still get what you want just pick the stats you want on it.

no one noticed how the Sentinel armor is the same armor as some of the NPC's use (specially the NPC's near sorrows furnace

and all around the shiverpeaks)

I wish they had done some Samurai-esque armor for the Warrior, instead of the Terra-Cotta look (which, truly, isn't that bad).

I love the new looks, but does anything really SCREAM Asian except the warriors?
