firstly to leighwyn, mournblade et al, a big ty for all your help in both this thread and others involving this grandmaster guide - i have literally spent the last 2 days getting from 98.8% to my now present status of 99.7%.

If any of you could give me some advise/analyse my map i would be eternally grateful as im now really stumped. I have checked my map against others, but i cant seem to find what im missing. I know not having some of the arenas is a problem, but there has to be .3% out there somewhere! Thanks again guys

anyone mind answering a simple question, how do u exactly get to the circled area, seems the gate is always up.

After a certian amount of time does it fall?

Also this little spot i know the one to the right and up a little is ok to be there but the spot i circled seems to be unveiled by Leig, wondering if someone can drawl me the path

Hatamoto, that bridge in SW Dunes LOOKS like it's up, but you can actually just walk through it as if it were down.

I'm at 90,7% map and I havn't completed THK yet (so I havn't been to the fire islands)... Can any one tell me how much map there is down there for me to get?

ull get like 6-7% from thk and fire islands, i had similiar situation but when i done hells precipice i had 99.5% so ull prolly need to hug some walls ;D

my 99.5% cantha map with a tyrian char: image, 3.15MB

can any1 help me with the missing 0.5%?
i know about two spots in imperial sanctum mission (north and south part of the map), but i can't get there... shiro allways banishes me to a same location at the center of the map - is there another way?
also, this map alone won't fill the missing 0.5%

tyria is allready at 100%, thanks to this thread

edit: totally forgot about the shing jea arena... 99.9% now

Ok, when I first started reading this topic about a week ago, I didn't think I'd have to, but now do ask for help.

I'm stuck at 99.5% and only got 5 spots left (which I don't know how to get to after much trying).
Aside from that, my zoomedout map is almost identical with the one you posted, except for a couple of spots I have that you don't, and the arenas that are no longe accessible.

Spots I'm missing/can't seem to get:
- 3 in Borlis Pass. Top Right, the black mountain top, a spot to the left of it, and a spot to the south of that one.

- 1 Spot in Grenth's Footprint. just above the entrance to Sorrows Furnace.

- 1 Spot on the north-western edge of Ice Caves of Sorrow

- 1 Spot in Aurora Glade to the far south-east (I know how to get that one, but can't seem to find a group for the bonus anymore).

Spots that are not on the map you posted:
- 1 Spot in Lornars Pass, my right edge stretches a bit further south.

-1 (maybe 2) Spot in The Frost Gate, eastern edge stretches up quite a bit further. Get there by CC'ing a snowwolf and heading back towards the beginning of the Princes' path.

-1 Spot in Gates of Kryta, bottom right corner is a bit more revealed.

Spots I'm uncertain about, due to cloud cover:
- Southern Edge of Thirsty River, going there later, see if it's just because of cloud cover.
+ Wasn't cloud cover. Revealed the edge a little bit more.

- Spot between Sanctum Cay and Fishermans Haven, may also be just cloud cover.
+ Wasn't cloud cover. Revealed that spot.

- Spot in Dragons Gullet, same again.
+ Cloud cover.

Even if I do get those 5 spots, I very much doubt that they sum up to 0.5% of the map, which is really starting to tick me of. (Well, tbh it started ticking me off a long time ago...)

Any help with those spots and an idea where to get the last 0.5% whould be very very much appreciated.

(I'm now at 99.6% and losing my mind)

I, too, have my monk at 99.5.....got another .1 by hugging wallls when I was hunting char for char hides in the missions....now I need to find that last pesky .4 (.1 is hiding in lomar pass....just havent gotten up the time to go up there to reveal that tiny dot).
but with all my wall hugging I have gotten up to 90% of cantha with the eternal grove mission left to go! (and yeah, gotta go and get banished a few more times as well)...though I doubt there is 10% past eternal grove (did the luxon side already). so I will probably be back here for another tiny percentage later

Your question about the bridge. It's an illusion that the bridge is up, it's actually down and you can run accross.

For your Northern Wall question, your pic has 2 circles a red one and an yellow one. That bit of cloud is revealed if you huge the wall outside Ascalon City. It's that little nub where the bottom of your red circle intersects a wall corner. It's not part of the Northern Wall mission.

I have found a small spot on the upper west corner of talmark wilderness that I have uncovered and you dont....that big V shaped crevase should have a shadow straight across while yours has a bit of a s edge (with a white spot that can be revealed) ....try to redo the upper western part of talmark and maybe into majestry rest (not sure which will give that to you)...hope that is a help.

and another small area in the gates of kryta mission there is an area where oink is that you can get to some more space east....so you can reveal some more mountain like land....its thru the little house/gate there...go east thru it and you will reveal this area (and somemore things to kill)....And in the seaboard mission the islands can be a bit more revealed (the western set). And you can reveal more in that mission in the upper western part (by where the bonus is by that lake (north of it)...a bunch more...hug the walls there. You will be rewarded!

Yeah, got Tyrian Grandmaster Cartographer a while ago, didn't read much in this thread as I completly forgot about it after posting here first time^^

But yeah, I still have a few locations left that I know of, can't imagine how all of you lot are stuck on 99,5% and stuff like that :P

There must be some really big parts you missed...

Hints for all of you in this situation:
*The Frost Gate: get into Rurik's Path
*Dunes of Dispair: There is a big section off to the east of the mission and bonus area, worth at least 0,4%.
*Bloodstone Fen: After the final boss (run past him, he dosn't follow far at all) there is about 0,2% map there.
*The Great Northern Wall: Every one knows this, but the part between here and Piken Square can be almost completely uncovered, there is a tiny part left that will equal about 0,01%!
*D'Alessio Seaboard (Where I got my 100% title): The shore can be got here, and there is quite a bit to scrape at the edge and top of mission (a few people I spoke to about 100% had missed this) it get's about 0,2%.

Their all the missions that I can remember covering near the end of 100% and that I got quite a bit from, so yeah, have fun getting title^^.

Finally, achieved Grandmaster Tyrian Cartographer 100% too - after throughly following most of the guildelines mentioned here. IMO, a useful thread that should be stickied.
