I run the game on Max settings, with 4X AA and have a stable FPS with a AMD 2600+, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb, and 1GB. However, I have a horrible mobo, and run CSS with 30-40FPS. So as long as you have 512MB (Preferably a GB) ram and a processor of 1.5+ghz then you'll be able to run it at low atleast.

I run a 700mhz P3 with about 396mb of ram and a geforce2 with 64mb. I have everything on the lowest settings. Only problem that I really have is navigating in town when there are a lot of players around. I did notice considerable graphics lag however at the higher level missions since there are more mobs and npcs in the area. You should be able to run GW just fine for awhile. But I suggest getting a new video card or if you are like me,get a new computer. I know that I will.
