Exclamation Even more issues with LOGIN

Hey I have retail and am well aware that I can't play til tonight (sniff...sniff) But after creating my acct. I have not recived a e-mail for confirmation or when I try to log in it says it does not find my acct. instead of the mesg. saying I can't log until tonight as I have seen people posting. If anyone has any suggestions on this issue I have already sent mesg to Support but am unsure how long that will take and want to be assured that I can in fact play tonight when everything is at 100%

Thanks for any suggestions anyone may have.....................

can you login with your email acct?

are you sure you put your right email in?

i think arena.net might have to field this one

The website is down, 65.205.186.10 is the IP address of it, but i can't connect either. It wont' let me go to the website or log into GW, I get tot he login screen, input my stuff, and it gives me the (Err=5), Dad is trying to help me with this incase its our new router, but it shouldn't be...

the only way the router could be an issue is if it has a firewall and is blocking a certain port that is needed


if there server is down wait about 30mins-1hour and its usually back up. i used to get server temp down with DII

Yeah I am using the correct email for login (that is if I got it right when I registered....lol wouldnt that be great if I did not) So far same results as of this moment...I guess i will just have to wait and hope......

Then why is it my friends can get on without problems? I'm frustrated and we're certain its not a problem, but this is hard to think on, being sick and all, my head feels like its going to explode, I can't think right. We have a Netgear router, not sure what is what on it, maybe I can go see what dad is doing, going to try the website again... Everything else works, just... not... this...

Judging by another post by Adaria, it was the router that was causing the problems. Since it's been resolved, I'm going to close the thread. PM me if it needs to be reopened for anything.
