Arrow Routing Error?

I'm unable to connect to the Guild Wars server... does anyone know how to check my router? Any advice would be helpful

If you can log in to your router, look for Port Forward/Port Trigger.

This is a Netgear issue, I have not seen any posts on this with other routers. I will try to post screenshots tonight to show you the screens.

Log into the Router and look in the side menu for Port Forward/Port Trigger
The one selected is not the one to change. You want to disable one of these. I can't remember witch one, but only one has the disable function. Screenshots should be up tonight.

I can't log into my router from the computer I am on right now. Would I be able to get into it from another computer on the same router?
