Hello, I am having a bit of a problem here. I pre-ordered Guild wars from EB games and participated in the pre-release 27th-29th event on one account and used the cd Key. When this event ended and I went to use the CD key that came with the game , instead of adding on the CD-key that came with the actual game I got confused and created an additional account. I cannot add the CD release cd key onto the pre-lease account and vice versa since it is already in use.

I already have a mid level character on the "pre-lease" key and I really don't feel like starting over. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do such as deleting one account? I could not find anything. Thankyou.

go to the Guild Wars Support page. You will need to create a support account with them, it's fairly painless. They should be able to answer this.

I wouldn't want to say, but historically account changes of this kind in MMOs are unheard of, you might have to bite the bullet and work your toon up again, that or buy another copy of the game (I know that stinks) and register it under your beta/early release account.
