Default WTF, cant finish mission because stupid prince is stuck......

ok, i just invested ~3 hours on ruins of surmia, second attempt on it, first time died, but this time, the stupid prince is stuck behind the lever after we open the bridge for him and 2/3 mages are stuck behind the door and cannot go on the obelisks.. i am not about to find decent strangers to play this mission with me again after spending so much time trying to complete it.. how do we move this stupid prince so we can finish this mission and collect our reward? im frustrated now and i just want to get this over with!
