You might need a better video card than that... the box says that the minimum system requirements are Geforce 4MX or Geforce3, which I would say are equivalent to at least a Radeon 7500. The 7000, I'm sorry to say, is a very old, slow video card. You should consider upgrading to a FX5200 or higher - you will enjoy the game a lot more that way.

Radeon 7000 is probably one of the first (if not THE first) ATI Radeon cards. It's so old, probably aging to more than 4 to 5 years.

EVEN if you manage to run it, you will not be able to play it for more than 2 frames per second.

I would recommend either ditching the laptop and get another laptop (or desktop. desktop better for gaming).
If you have no money, not even around 300 dollars, then you are out of luck.

Radeon 7000 was formerly known as Radeon VE. It is a cut-in-half Radeon 7200 (original Radeon) with some integrated stuff to make it cheaper and good for notebooks. It's 1 pixel pipeline to 3 texture units, with no hardware T&L whereas a full-blown Radeon DDR had 2x3 and T&L. It's pretty slow but you might be ok.....it's not gonna be pretty or fast though that's for sure.
