Default Graphic error with GW (jumping, frame spots when refreshing)

It seems that I get a wierd screen ghost every couple of seconds where a part of the screen is zoomed in and displayed when the frames are refreshing, along with rubberbanding. This didn't happen monday and tuesday.

Using a Geforce 5700FX w/ 256meg ram

Yes, I have this problem also. I have a 5700 also

It happens at different times. Some times every thing is good...others im jumping and ruberbanding everywhere
