Looks like the games fails to initialize at all. Have you tried downloading the client from GuildWars site instead of using the one you got with your CD?

Your memory is buggered, most likely, and causing a corruption error.

Yes, I can understand the hex you posted. I would try another stick of RAM and see if that fixes your issue.

Even if all your other programs work fine, everything allocates memory differently, and so one program may not cause a crash when another locks it up like a duck's butt.

Ad I would so seriously cover up my IP posting on a public forum.

And adding on to what Serafita said...

If you have two sticks of ram... try popping one out and trying it, then the other... Which ever one is out when the game boots up... is busted stuff.

That's definately a memory issue there.

I second this, check your memory.

If you have one stick of RAM, take it out and try another as it could be borked, also make sure that it is a type which your motherboard supports (ie. PC2100/PC2700/PC3200).

If you have more than one stick of RAM, replace them with another one at a time to see if only one of them is causing a problem. Also make sure that not only all sticks are supported types, but that their type numbers match eachother.

Default Is this a joke??

Ok i checked my Ram and started messing around with my computer then i realized... Why the hell am i doing it. All other games run fine. Smooth on highest setting... Why does THIS ONE game not work. Why did i pay $50 only to pay 3 times on software and hardware thinking my computer is messed up.

My honest opinion they messed up with this game. Sure those who properly spec their comp are fine but this game is ment for the casual person who doesn't always have the technical know how to work with comps. I gave up and gone back to wow to grind to 60 (50% more WooT) till something gives

I've seen computers that fail prime tests, yet seem to run games and other applications fine.

Does that mean its unstable? Yes, its just that some applications can show problems where others do not.

And in the error you posted, i would say its a hardware ( or bios, possibly timing) memory issue. And nothing else.

If you don't want help, don't ask. I suggest you either try what was suggested (which has a high probability of fixing your issue) or you uninstall Guild Wars and leave. Nothing offends me, and a lot of "techies", more than people being ingrateful when you try to help them.
