Default Weird Shapes and Things

Hmm, this is what I get on certain angles in GW. I'm guessing my vid card is unsupported, but I'm hoping it's not and there's a fix to this. I've attempted to update the driver, and change settings to lowest/highest, yet the outcome is still the same. It happens when there is an object behind my character/behind camera. Like a building, or a mountain, or trees. Example:

|Building| camera facing--> +Character+

I'm running a p4 2.8ghz, 512MB DDR ram, On board AGP 8X Xabre 200 GPU 64MB DDR Graphic Memory.

That brand is totally unknown to me, what you could try is to upgrade your videocard drivers.

Theres a good chance it is unsupported. Those Xabre cards came out a few years ago (GF3-4 era I believe) but never really caught on. As a result, very few modern games explicitly support them. It is worth a try to upgrade your drivers, but I wouldn't hold my breath. The rest of your system is pretty high end, so a modest video card upgrade would work wonders for you.

I posted in the video card answers thread the Xabre isn't supported.

They tried their own game and their owns standards and got well... owned.

Get a new card, and your gameplay experience will be so much more rewarding...

I'd have to agree that getting a new card is the best option. Of course, having integrated video, there is a chance that there is no AGP slot. If so, you'll have to go with a PCI video card. There are a few that have been recommended on here with people asking what to replace their Intel Extreme IGP with, and if you need a PCI card that should also apply to you. If and when you do get a new video card, you'll want to go into the BIOS and turn off of the IGP so that it doesn't waste any resources.

If you've already updated the drivers, there may be nothing you can do. (aside from trying an older driver)

You could try changing resolution or turning down video acceleration in direct X. (start-run-type "dxdiag" without quotes-video tab)
