Default Getting kicked out of game

I just started playing Sunday night when I got it and when I go into Lakeside Country, the game will load the files and get to 100% then just kick me out. Any help please? Also, why is my game so laggy?

List your computer specs and if you can a little more information.

Windows XP Home Edition 2002
Pentium 4
1.5 Ghz
Cable Internet
Gateway 2000
256 MB RAM

That's about all I can find, unless you can help me find out where I can get all my specs info.

I think you'll find that upgrading your memory will help a whole lot.

256 is a bit on the low side. Add more memory and it won't be so laggy. I'll let someone else advise you on how much though.

Also, what kind of video card do you have? That may also make a difference.

Are you running with a router or firewall?

If so, check this thread for information on how to get around the problem.

The game was made with firewall friendly in mind, but there are a few odd cases sometimes.

Your system should run it with little lag, but on average it eats up at least 180 of your memory. Running processes in the background could deny it the memory needed to finish loading a map.

SIr Nack, my games is not getting kicked off by error. It will load a town map to 100% then just shut off and restart by itself.
