Freezes
Ive only just installed and created a character. When i start up Guild Wars, log in and it goes to the character selection bit, my whole computer literally freezes, no error messages, no nothing, and i have to restart my computer. Any ideas what happening?? Is it more likey to be a problem with the game or like my computer, because i havn't got the right graphics card?
Any help would be appreciated, thankyou |

Post your system specs.
I had the same problem. Downgraded my drivers and set AGP to 4X and Fast Write off. Then I had the Error 7 thing.. Did some stuff with my router and started a new character. SO FAR it has gone quite well. Just ridiculous how you have to tinker your pc for almost every damn, isn't it? |

I have an inckling it might be my graphics card lol, its pretty crappy, my computer wasn't really built for playing games.
AMD athlon processor 1.53 GHz 256mb RAM Matrox Millenium G450 Ive ordered a new Graphics card anyways. |

Jeah, my old PC had a matrox. And even before I bought a new PC I upgraded that one with a GeForce 3. That card does suck
 .
