Red face FPS anyone?

I have looked around endlessly and have decided to give this one last post. Has anyone figured out how to display their frames per second or ping (latency) in guild wars with no 3rd party program? Would be really nice to see and bothers me that I have no found a way. I have grown used to looking at them to make shure I am not behind on anything. Thanks for your time.
