Default System Error

Hey guys. I have had a problem with GW so far. My problem so far is that I will log in, and proceed to the ascalon loading screen. Once I get to that screen, it takes me back to my desktop, and it says that I had a device failure, then it says my graphics card type. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I have a VAIO computer, and I do not know how to see my specs for this, otherwise I would post them. If anyone knows how I can see my specs or what could be wrong, please let me know. By the way, some people have told me it may help to download the graphics drivers for the card. Please let me know if you believe this will help. Thanks in advance.

Whats your Video Card?

TO FIND YOUR SYSTEM SPECS YOU:

1. Go To START Menu
2. Hit Run
3. Type in dxdiag

There are your system specs.

Can you tell us what is your video card? It doesnt say in the DxDiag. To find out, right click on your desktop, click properties.
Then, click on settings.
Then, click on advanced.
Then click on adapter.
Then tell us what it says there.

Thanks

Its an onboard video card, so its not that great. Try looking at this post and see if it helps you:

If not, try disabling the onboard video and installing a graphics card.

Ok you guys, today I will try again. ElRey, just so you know, your post was completely confusing (to me) . I am not computer smart at all, all I ever do is go on the internet to search the web, and this is one of my very first ventures into PC gaming. So if you can "dumb it down" just a bit, it would greatly help me. Once again, please tell me if you think downloading a new driver would help me. Thanks in advance!
