Did you use the Driver cleaner and have you tried variations on Refresh rates, screen res, game graphics settings etc. There are lots of combinations and these are the only other things I can think off, apart from trying another graphics card.

Oh yes, I've spended the last hour trying different combinations and I feel hopless...

I also think that there's people with the same problem out there, and they just don't know that is not supposed to work like that, like my first week i though everything was normal until I started to ask to people around if was it normal...
Maybe I should try to post this somewhere else?

Try turning glowing effects off in the game options.

glowing effects? there's no such option, or at least i can't see it , but if you mean the post-processing, I rather fix the problem than disable it...

Termite is trying to lock down a possible cause of this problem and switching off effects ingame is one way of possibly trying to find the cause of your issue.

I would suggest switching everything off or down to low settings as we have tried most things PC side with regards to graphics drivers and see if anything affects the look of the game and gets rid of what seems to be the problem.

If the problem disappears, then start switching on the options one by one until it reappears. Then switch that option off, and finish off with the rest of the options until you have everything back where you started, then switch that one problem option back on. If it reappears and you know that is the only one causing problems, then it may give GW support something to go on too.

I've tried to disable everything and to put the lowest graphics possible, and many more combinations... of course not the post-processing, otherwise I won't see if the probelm is fixed or not...
It's almost like any option i touch dosen't affect it in any way, nor the worst or better..

Do you think I should write an e-mail to the official people responsible to fix this problems?

Turn off post-processing effects then turn them on again. Couldn't hurt to try.

Any chance on using another Graphics Card maybe from a friend or something. This way we know if it's definitely hardware or software related?

Are you taking the PC with you to swap over the cards or just the game?

It may just be a slight glitch in the graphics but at least you are able to play, even if it is annoying.

If you are taking the whole PC, which is the best course of action,
Look forward to seeing the end result and whether the change in card makes a difference.

Remember to completely uninstall the drivers first, run, driver cleaner and then replace the card and run the install of the drivers again.

I can play, i still love the way the game is even with that glitch, butyou know after you paid 34 English pounds you really wish everything run smoothly... anyway Im actually going to test the game only, bringing my computer over 600 km is a bit difficult but at least i will see if is something to do with the card or the rest of the computer since he's got all compontents same as mines, (we bought our computer first and then his, that's why his card is just a model up..).

Now, this is my opinion only and it's entirely up to you, but just taking the game along won't really solve or help to solve your problem, or even pinpoint where the current problem is.

You may well take the game along to your brothers, run it on his PC and everything will probably be fine.

This only makes it look as though there is something wrong with your PC, not pinpointing any of the hardware in your machine as a possible cause to the fault.

If taking the PC is feasibly impossible to do, such as you don't drive, have to go by train, plane or whatever, I suggest you take your card along as well and make sure you pack it in one of the anti static bags that you may have. If you don't have one, just go to PC World or some other PC store and ask if they have a spare Anti Static Bag for Graphics Card size that you can have.
I'm sure they will give you one, as I asked for something a while back and they had one spare i could have.

This way, you can test your card on your brothers PC and know for sure if it's the card or something else in your machine, whether the rest of the machine is the same spec as your brothers or not.

I would go with this option as at least you can find out if you have a faulty card that way, and would save the effort of more analisys if in fact the card is faulty.

HURRAY!!!!! problem solved!

I remembered that while i was playing Sacred I've encountered a weird problem which I was adviced to fix it be switching the option in the compatibility button "alternate pixel center" on.
So by switching that off the game goes perfectly

The only really minor "bug" is a graphic glitch while displaying the city names, something like little dots under the letters, but that's not an issue for me

Thank you for all your help anyway guys!!!
