Default Crash/shutdown

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone else was heving this problem.
This is what happened. I went to to the map screen, clicked on Pikin Square or whatever it is called, and then my computer restarted. After it started to boot up again, it said I had recovered form a very serious problem. I felt the side of my computer, and it was very hot. The GAME crashed before because it was too hot, but not my entire computer. Before I had table fans pointed at my computer, and I have 3 fans going right now, so I don't know why it crashed. (altho the fan 1 + 2 are window fans and 3 is a ceiling fan. My cpu is still warm right this second.

Specs and machine details please. Do you have any Mobo Utils running than can determine your Temps inside the tower for CPU, GPU etc?

Also, make sure you have cleared away all the dust from inside your tower. Don't use a hoover on the components, but a Pressure Can Duster, and use the hoover to suck up the dust as you go. You may have dust build up.
