100% agree with you Principa, willy waving....the why make it up? was a general "whats the point" remark wasn't really directed at anyone other than the guy who lied, I'd like to know also, it's as if he thinks we're stupid enough to believe him...Though I will be surprised if he posts back on this thread...

That depends on the make of the ram, if you check their website, it might give you the latencies of it, actually, google for cpuid and install the latest one, it can give you the ram latency, its quite a good utility...

EDIT - if you take another look at siztem3rror's post, he's using an athlon xp so he cant be using sli..?, definately altered the result it looks....

Very true. Just had a quick look through Ebuyer and the only Athlon boards I can see with SLI are Socket 939 boards.

That would only bottleneck the card horribly, I know because I tried running my 6600GT with an Athlon XP 2100+ myself and the results were less than pleasing.

Definitely faking going on. Well done Mr. Bigshot, you get t3h c00ki3s w1th t3h wh1pp3d cr34m!

Get the 3DMark 03. You will get a figure along the same lines as others posting here.

If your talking about 8k in 3dmarko3, then no way, although yours is a good card, it would be hard pressed to get 5k in 3dmark03............

Had a bit of fun and decided to see what my machine does in 3dMark05 on the same system specs as I have already mentioned in this post. Here it is.

4631

Still no OC or anything else adjusted. And even after all this hardware bashing, my machine still only reaches around 52-55C.

Will look into a bit of OC and see what I can squeeze out of my system.
