My lvl 20 (unascended) N/E character has 170 attribute points, while everywhere I've read has said that a level 20 character has 200 (or has a screenshot of skills with points totalling 200)
Are attribute points awarded for any missions (such as ascension), have they lowered the amount of attribute points gained at level 20, or is there a problem with my character?

Current attributes (reallocated for ease of calculation):
Blood Magic: 12
Fire Magic: 10
Everthing Else: 0
Free: 12

After asking the tech support people about this, they said that

There are 2 quests you need to near near to where you do the ascension missions that give you the extra 30 attrib points. It's something to do with the lost ones. i.e. the Snakes or Lizzards from the Old World of the gods.

I forget what they are called, but I'm sure it's one of the quests from one of the 3 locations near there that you get these quests from.

Someone else should have more details on the exact quests you need to do.
