What Nvidia graphics card are you using? Only DirectX 9 ones or something will show it.

Why do my bosses glow with post-processing disabled? I'm pretty sure that support ticket is wrong and that it's tied purely into DirectX.

I have the same problem: While my card does not support DirectX 9, I know the effect is possible. In PvP matches, 'allies' glow, just like they should. Does anyone have an idea on how to reproduce this effect on bosses?

which card model number is it?

and does it say direct x 9 COMPLIANT or merely COMPATABLE

some of nvidias cards were budget cards made without the pixil and vertex shader features you need for the glow (example any of the 4 series mx cards)
