Connecting to ArenaNet.....but it doesn't!!!
Anyone have advice???
I've tried everything, but offer suggestions and i'll say if i've tried it or not. This has been a problem for a while now, and i want to get my game on. If this thread get's moved or deleted, could i please be notified. THANKS!!! |

you could try the following
1. unplug and replug your ethernet cables (or unplug and replug your wireless router) 2. restart the computer 3. uninstall guild wars and reinstall it 4. kick your computer

First, make sure you have no Firewalls on, thats the main issue when things like this happen. Second, make sure your not behind a proxy. Third, do what Rafi said, :P

Most likely the router if you have one. I just hooked up a new wireless router (my PC is wired in) and I couldn't connect. So right now I'm playing w/o one...may just switch back to my old one until I can figure out the problem. Port Triggering didn't help either.
