Nope, happens to me sometimes too, seemingly depending on what resolution/refresh-rate I'm using etc. or any combination of all that stuff plus video card temperature.

It seems to also be tied-in to the bloom feature, next time you get that try switching post-processing effects on and off and you'll see you can "toggle" the error.

My advice would be to stop running Guild Wars in 1600x1200, and to wait until Arenanet make some updates to their driver support. Other than that, your card is working fine, trust me. Just either getting hot or the drivers hate Guild Wars (wouldn't be the first time.)

That's what I figured given I can "toggle" the error by alt switching through windows apps...and then going back into guild wars...

I will never stop running guild wars at high resolution

I used to run Guild Wars in 1600x1200, then I lowered my desktop resolution to 1152x864. For the sake of alt-tabbing I changed my Guild Wars resolution to match, and I've not had the problem since, not once.

I guess if you can tolerate the problem until Arenanet fix it, you might as well keep playing it in high-res.
