Default Need some help with a new vid card

<span style="font-size: 16px"><span style="color: #FF0000">This information is outdated. Do not use.<br />If you need assistance please start a new thread.</span></span>

I haven't got the game yet. Right now I'm using a Geforce 2 mx, which I don't think is compatible in playing Guild Wars and planning to upgrade without spending too much. Is 'ATI Radeon 9200 128MB AGP Video Card' sufficient for me? Or can someone give me a better recommendation.

My specs are: WinXP, 256MB RAM, Pentium 4, 1.3Ghz, 60 Gig hard drive (I'm guessing that is the HDD space.)

Yeah, that should get the job done. It won't run the game spectacularly or anything, but it should more than meet the requirements. If you have the money, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade your RAM either, which is a bit on the low end.

Yeah RAM would be the second thing to consider besides the new card but with those upgraded you should be set you could get the game now and be fine though it just wouldnt look good it would proly run well.

After doing some research, I'm leaning towards just get a new computer, a dell xps with a gig of mem and either a Geforce 6800 or ATI x850. About time to upgrade since I want to get some other games like HL2 and BF2, thanks anyways.
