OMG
 What exactly do you do when you are in the Underworld, Grenth comes up I click to talk and it gives me "Reattempting to connect to server Error 13" SOOOOO each time I click on Grenth I get this message....Each time cost me 1 plat...In all 10 plat...all the money I owned...What or who can I talk to ???

If you are getting an error like that, then it's a bug, or a glitch. From my understanding you think the game is kicking you off. (?)

Not so much as kicking me off, I am still there, I was still talking in team, it just kept giving me the error message....

You can still stay connected, and talking/moving around, yet you are still getting a connection error?

Exactly...and much to my horror, other people were receiving the same notice....including a guild member....Who or how do I report this? I seriously doubt I will be given my money back, but I would like to prevent it in the future...Happened about 25 minutes ago... Man was I HOT

LMAO. I kept clicking because I figured there was no way that I would lose money without ACTUALLY going into the UW ...... Heh... I learned my lesson
 Love the game, hate the periodic glitches. Truly just wanted to know where to report it, so that perhaps it shall save another person the blood raising
