I've got a Monk / Elementalist

Everyone knows that side effects of some spells cause 'exhaustion'....
Normally I have 4 bars in mana regen.... with Mending and another misc enchantment running I still have 2 bars in mana regen....

For some reason... between last night and today... my character got buggy.... 2 bars in regen while suffering NO exhaustion... ( I checked this by starting from Kryta, casting mending and something else.... then watching how fast my mana recharged....) Now someone in 'the know' please tell me if this is normal... maybe I'm just imagining it....

But a mana regen of 1 point every two seconds with 2 regen bars in mana... isn't right is it? Then when I DO cast say... Meteor Shower... and end up with exhaustion.... it still regens at 1 point every two seconds....
When exhaustion ends.... it STILL regens at 1 point every two seconds...

How do I fix this? Even fresh... with no enchantments running... and 4 bars of regen in mana.... it still seeems really slow.... seems to be regening at 1 point per second.... is that normal?

Energy Management

Note Table 3. In short: 3 arrows of energy regen = 1 energy per second.

And Exhaustion takes away 10 energy from your total energy pool for 30 seconds (so you get 1 energy back to your total pool every 3 seconds). It does not alter your energy regen.

LOL ok I think the problem may have been that I was bugged before and now it's fixed.... Cuz it 'was' much much faster before today.
