OK, while playing with some builds in PvP lately, i sometimes get a weird bug (maybe) with my energy regen.

Ranger/ele yesterday, i wasn't gaining much energy.
It was crawling up at the rate of around 1 pip but i had 3 pips of regen.

The energy bar had a dark blue background to it, which was crawling up at a decent speed but my actual energy in light blue, was really slow.
It was like i had two things regenerating in my energy bar but my actual energy wasn't regenerating properley.

No hexes on me, no conditions and nobody near me. Anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?

Here is an edited energy bar, to better explain what i mean. Notice the blue background. This isn't a real screenshot, just a simulation of what the bar looks like during these events.
Imagine the dark blue background regenerating but the true energy, crawling slowly behind it.

Um, you know how exhaustion works, right? I can't tell if you're confused about that or you're actually explaing a bug where energy regenerates too slowly.

If you didn't know, exhaustion reduces your maximum energy by 10 (the dark blue bar) and it regenerates pretty slowly. Your 3 pips make your actual energy recharge faster, so the actual energy regen while your exhaustion wears off is pretty slow if the light blue bar has caught up to the dark one.
