Hi, ive had the GW game for about a month now, but i couldnt ever get it to install?! Ive tried disconnecting the firewall, disconnecting my router, reinstall over and over, and nothing seems to work. Its odd because it works on my laptop just fine, i dont know whyats different about the laptop than my PC. What happens every time i try to install GW is it goes through the first connecting to atenanet page, then through the downloading page just fine, but when i get to second connecting to arenanet page it just stays at 0%!? I really want to know whats wrong. So please write me back and tell me whats wrong, and whats making GW not install on my PC. I would really appreciate it thank you.

P.S. i have high speed internet

If you have spyware / adware / malware (pop-ups, internet slowdown, home page keeps changing, etc.) it could interfere with internet commuincation.

If you have 3rd party firewall turned off, do you have the windows built in firewall on? Try un-installing guildwars and deleting any trace files left behind (if any).

Also if you installing from the cd, trying using the download client instead from there web site.

Do you have any other programs that access the web glitch?

stats on your computer please. Your drive might be messed up. Also post your laptop stats for comparison. If your computer is old (or some parts of it) that's probably the problem.
