Default GW and Screen Resolution

I use a 1280 x 1024 resolution on my desktop, but when Guild Wars is maximized it runs differently and is a much smaller resolution. However, when I play GW in a window it turns into 1280 x 1024. I find this very odd. What I want is to play GW maximized (not a window) in 1280 x 1024. Can anyone help?

It may have something to do with the refresh rate of your mointer. Certain refresh rates may only work in ceratin modes, say 75mhz works in 800x600 but only can run say 60mhz in 1024x768. If guild wars try to run at a resolution / refresh rate then vide/mointer can handle, it sounds like it's re-adjusting.

Oh goodness....

Please, someone delete this record of my stupidity! I swear I'd checked before and 1280 x 1024 wasn't an option. It is now, though. I'm fixed. Thank you.
